OH KANAYA you are so fun to tease. She's really proud of herself into basically trolling her into owning up to/confessing your feelings for Rose, because it's funny to meddle with Miss Meddlesome Fussyfangs for a change.

She's not really as close to Kanaya as she is to some of the other trolls, but as long as she remains fun to mess with, I could see them accidentally getting closer! She also sort of secretly respects her for standing by Vriska through all of her stupid shit, because hey, somebody has to. There's sort of a quiet understanding of "hey you're looking out for my sister and that's cool. thumbs up." that she'll never really own up to XD

Okay, belated because I went to lay down for a bit, and I'm still not sure how awake/coherent I am right now, but yeah, the two of them aren't particularly close and honestly haven't really interacted much? But Kanaya has some respect for Terezi as well even though she knows she is a total troll and finds her frustrating to deal with at times.

She's aware that Terezi is smart and good at manipulating people and could probably be one of the most dangerous of them if she actually chose to. The fact that she chooses just to use that to mess with people a little bit and even to help sometimes rather than to really hurt anyone says a lot to Kanaya. And Terezi's also helping Karkat be slightly less of a self-hating piece of shit all day as he falls down all that trollish acceptance.

Plus, Kanaya's willing to acknowledge partial credit for things with Rose moving the way that they did, even if it is so very alsdjfnajfnsdf whenever she starts up teasing her about it.

Okay, no, really. For all that Karkat is a dumbass who puts his foot in his mouth on a regular basis, Terezi really really likes him. Obviously. She wasn't just saying it when she told him after his fight with Dave back in December that she loves him, but I don't think she would've said it if she wasn't pretty sure Karkat wouldn't remember it later XD Their relationship is one of the few things that she is actually secretly pretty serious about, even though half of their interactions involve her drubbing him/laughing at him/outright mocking him... Terezi is not often a serious person! So being even more of a flighty broad about her feelings is the best way to cover up when she actually is serious.

Since UPDATES have happened, though, she's been a little more willing to be open about the fact that she really is pretty serious about him, because... honestly she's a little scared that she's going to remember being killed back home, and not have made up with Karkat. Getting memories back like that is really confusing, and... BLUH!! Six sweeps old. It's hard being a kid and growing up.

Karkat loev Terezi! Like I said in my essay, Terezi not only accepts him as he is, but likes him better as he is than any other way! Which means more than he can ever say, especially since all he can say is terrible abuse. He is a whiny bitch!

But he really does love her. That is a big reason why he hates Dave so much! Because bawww dave is a coolkid and Karkat is not. :(

With updates, Karkat is terrified that anyone else is going to die, Terezi especially!

JAIMEEEEEE is by far Terezi's favourite human in camp. He's funny, isn't weirded out by her being... herself, basically, and is really easy to talk to. She doesn't really realise yet that she's been having some pale feelings for him lately, but she definitely has! He's really easy to open up to as well, because he trusts her not to tell his secret, so she feels she can trust him too. Even though his secret is that he's a totally badass superhero and her secrets are 13 year old drama.

Also his reactions to stuff like "AND TODAY I PUSHED MY BOYFRIEND OFF A ROOF" are priceless.

ok no. honestly, being friends with Terezi kind of snuck up on Jaime. telling her about the ~secret superpowers~ was more a product of the situation at hand than a planned choice but hey, he rolled. and while she was initially curious she... didn't really treat him all that differently afterward? or at least she didn't treat that aspect as a curiosity, which is something he worries about with people and a reason he tends to keep it a little close to his chest. so that won her major points. otherwise... idk. he likes her! she's kind of strange sometimes but it's not in a bad way (unless she is pushing her boyfriend off the roof I guess, Terezi that's bad). from both their conversations and his conversations with some of the others he's picked up the impression that there's a lot about her situation back home (and probably troll culture in general -- but that's a little more subjective) that's kind of messed up but it's also not really something he's comfortable pushing to find out about. he kind of figures she'll tell him about what's going on if she wants to, and he can just kind of be there otherwise in the meantime. there is kind of a gigantic culture gap at times and he is REALLY TRYING but he still... struggles. it's hard! HOW DOES I QUADRANTS :|a

OH LORD, uh. Prior to the updates, Terezi's opinion of Gamzee was pretty obvious: She thinks he's a hilarious stoner. He's not as easy to fuck with because he's too chill, but he's still pretty funny.

POST-UPDATE and Karkat filling her in... She's incredibly freaked out. She knows damn well he's dangerous, but it's hard for her to connect the hOnK HoNk mOtHeRfUcKeRs chill Gamzee that she knows and is used to with the... oh my god oh my god we're all going to die panic that Karkat feels about him and is trying to instil in everyone else. Is she worried Gamzee might kill her back in the veil? Yes. Is she worried Gamzee is gonna flip and kill people in camp? Not really. But she's still far less likely to approach him in camp than she was before.

On a side note since absolutely nothing has changed for Gamzee, and may not ever, I've been assuming Terezi has been painting the outside of our hive much like she did for Karkat.

I ACTUALLY HAD STUFF WRITTEN UP FOR YOU BEFORE I GAVE UP ON THE FORMAT I WAS USING AND DID A REGULAR RELATIONSHIP MEME! SO!

Tavros is the biggest pushover ever and it makes Terezi roll her eyes. Well, metaphorically, anyway. She's fond of him, but is still gonna take the piss out of him pretty regularly, because he's an easy target and fails at standing up for himself. I think the part of the stuff with her finding him dead in canon and then playing CSI: Alternia on him is sort of her not wanting to fully deal with the fact that he's dead, because she does like him. If she makes a courtblock drama game out of it, she can remove herself from it a bit.
BUT as far as i remember, she doesn't know in camp yet that he's dead? I can't believe i can't remember if she does or not, wow, ry. ANYWAY. Having to deal with the knowledge in camp will be a little different than in canon and blah blah blah

no, she's not actually afraid that'll happen. but yes XD Rose's dry sarcastic sense of humour is half the reason Terezi has taken it upon herself to meddle needlessly with rose and kanaya's relationship -- she wants to get a good reaction out of Rose. and she hasn't yet! so she's going to keep trying. Almost everything Terezi does she does for the lulz, and if people don't play into it and give her something to laugh at, she gets grumpface and more determined to be a pest.

ALL THAT ASIDE she actually thinks Rose isn't bad, for a human! She's competent and not a huge doofus like John or Jade, but sadly she's nowhere near as cool as Dave.

Terezi thinks Ronan is delightful. He isn't weird about the alien thing, hasn't made her explain things too much, and seems to have sense of humour that clicks with hers, to some extent. He pretty much endeared himself to her forever with the stupid hand jokes, too.

Julian, on the other hand (OH YES I DID), has had the sort of "....UH WHAT" reaction to her antics that crack her right the hell up. Like the zombie hand. Why would she carry something like that with her? To get that exact kind of reaction from someone. But he also comes off in a way that reminds her a bit of Dave (like in the thread they had about him being too cool for troll parties or whatever) and that makes him super interesting!

....Also, fun fact: i'm not entirely sure she's noticed that he doesn't have hands.

Ronan thinks that Terezi is pretty hilarious. I assume that Jaime has told him a bit about her (...that is, that she exists) and he's been picking up bits from Karkat because that's what happens when you're a telepath who is always turned on. He's aware that by human standards Terezi is pretty darn crazy, but to be honest YW wizards are chosen in part for their ability to roll with a lot of things, and Ronan's pretty gifted at rolling with ANYTHING. So making terrible puns with a blind alien that smells colours? Not that unusual! She seems to be taking things as they come, an attitude that Ronan adopts himself when he can, and her sense of humour is amazing. Or at least hilarious. So he enjoys poking her.

Hilariously, part of why Julian likes Terezi is that she hasn't made a big deal about his not having hands! In fact, she rolls with his comments and banters with him, and wow has he missed that. Julian actually is that confident when not dealing with his lol hands issue, so it was a lot of fun for him to bounce off someone who didn't go :| at him but instead bantered with him.

Also I bet that Julian's TK tastes like electric lime. I'M JUST SAYING for whenever she wants to lick him.

Ohhhh are things awkward with her favourite RP buddy right now, and Nepeta doesn't even know it. She knows full well that Nepeta is flushed for Karkat, despite her saying otherwise, and it's making her a little uncomfortable. Terezi's far from being insecure, particularly about her relationship with Karkat, but... she's a 6 sweeps old/13 year old girl and one of her best friends has a thing for her boyfriend. There's no way that isn't awkward.

BUT she does still consider Nepeta a really good friend. That's half the problem.

YEAH I really wanna know if Nepeta knows at all about Terezi♥Karkat in canon or not (and if not, if she ever DOES find out and how she reacts when she does). AS FOR NOW, IN CAMP, she's kind of in this "oh okay that's happening" place but not really thinking about it, because Nepeta kinda lives in her own little world sometimes. She's happy for them! And she doesn't want to break them up, because that's not the kind of troll Nepeta is, but I think subconsciously she's really flushed for Karkat so...

Okay, like the DRAPING ON GIRL!KARKAT. Consciously she was doing it to be nice and keep her friend warm and also, it's a kitty thing! That's what a kitty would do! But subconsciously, some part of her was going YAY I'M TOUCHING KARKAT AND KARKAT'S SUDDEN VESTIGIAL FAT MOUNDS MAYBE WE KISS OMG!!! And Terezi's feelings don't even come into play, because it's Nepeta, so she doesn't think as far as that. The part of her that likes Karkat doesn't consider that Terezi's feelings could be hurt because, you know. Own world! Happiness and joy happens here!

ON THINGS THAT ARE NOT FLUSHED FOR YOUR MATESPRIT: Terezi is SO COOL to Nepeta. Terezi is like a cool older sister to her and plays with her, even when Terezi clearly thinks it's a silly game. She likes to sniff and occasionally lick people because Terezi does that (also, it seems kitty-like), so while Nepeta can't really smell/taste anything special like Terezi can, she does it because TEREZI IS SO COOOOOOL.

I'd hazard a guess that she considers Terezi her best friend.
